Open router for commerce

Buy from any online store from a single endpoint.

agent.ts
import { Agentcard } from "@agentcard/sdk"; const agentcard = new Agentcard({  clientSecret: process.env.AGENTCARD_SECRET,  clientId: process.env.AGENTCARD_ID,}); const commerceAgent = tool({  name: "make_purchase",  description: "Completes a purchase on behalf of the user",  inputSchema: z.object({    thing: z.string().describe("Object to buy"),  }),  execute: async ({ thing }) => {    return agentcard.purchase({ thing });  },}); const message = await client.messages.create({  max_tokens: 1024,  messages: [{ content: "Hello, world", role: "user" }],  model: "claude-opus-5-5",  tools: [commerceAgent],}); console.log(message);

Built for agents that buy

One SDK in front of every storefront. We keep the routes healthy, the checkouts fast and the orders moving, so your agent only has to decide what to buy.

  • merchants.feature

    Every merchant

One integration reaches any online store — no per-merchant adapters to build or maintain.

  • uptime.feature

    Monitored uptime

Dependable and continuous uptime monitoring to ensure your services are always available.

  • speed.feature

    Speed optimized

Routes are cached and warmed, so a purchase lands in seconds instead of minutes.

  • checkout.feature

    Checkout completion

Carts, payment and confirmation are handled end to end, and every step reports back.

Questions

What teams ask before their agent makes its first purchase. Still unsure? Book a call and we'll walk you through it.

What is opencommerce?

An open router for commerce: one endpoint your agent calls to search, buy and track orders across any online store, built by Agentcard.

Which stores can my agent buy from?

Any online store. The Free plan covers five merchants of your choice; Standard opens every merchant we route to.

How are payments handled?

Cards are tokenised through your payment provider and attached to a customer. Your agent never sees or stores raw card numbers.

Which agent frameworks does it work with?

Anything that can call a tool. The SDK exports a ready-made tool definition, and the same API is available over plain HTTP.

What happens when a merchant's checkout changes?

Monitoring catches it, usually before your agent does. Routes are repaired centrally, so there is nothing to redeploy on your side.

How does the 1% platform fee work?

It is charged on the order total for completed purchases on the Standard plan. Failed or cancelled orders are never billed.
